Gift Certificates and Pre-Paid Sessions
Gift certificates are non refundable. Gift certificates at promotional price and special promotions are nonrefundable.Gift certificates at a promotional value are good for six months. If full rate is paid, gift certificates are honored for 1 year.. If a gift certificate or prepaid session is refunded for any unforeseen reason, there is a 40% refunding fee NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we ask that the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  Appointments are subject to change date and or time at the discretion of the therapist to ensure time management and that every client is accommodated fairly.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Client will be charged for their “missed” appointment before rescheduling next appointment,  Groupon clients voucher number  will be used to confirm massage appointments.  If client misses session it will be redeemed at time of missed services and counted as a groupon client session. Once voucher is redeemed client must book as a regular client on next visit and are required to pay normal rate.

First time clients and Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10-15 minutes  early for consultation to first appointment.  If you are a first time client and arrive 10 minutes late your massage will be canceled and/or rescheduling  payment must be received before rebooking. If you do not show  you will be responsible for the “full” session before rescheduling. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. Call if you need assistance.
 
Refunds
MEH does not refund prepaid sessions unless you cancel within cancelation guidelines. No exceptions. Massage packages are not transferrable. 
 
 
 
 
Sessions
Massage sessions are 50 minutes hands on disrobing and robing included. All sessions start at the time of schedule. Time is allowed for payment and discuss plan, also to answer any questions or concerns a client may have. If massage starts late at the fault of the therapist, full session will be givegiven.If it starts late due to fault of the client Late ect. Client will receive remaining time allocated. Please allow time to complete forms and use restroom if needed. This does affect your session.
 
 
GroupOn
Groupon clients may purchase one groupon and one as a gift at the time of purchase. Client may then select a package with Massage Elegance Health that fit their desired need If you are a groupon client the same cancelation applies as to MEH clients as stated on the groupon.All Groupon sessions are 50 minutes hands on. Clients of Trinity Mills Chiropractor office may not purchase Groupon to be redeemed with Massage Elegance Health business. 
 
If a client for any reason fails to notify the therapist in a timely manner and session can not be booked because of negligence on the clients part. The session is forfeited and/or if monies are prepaid it will be considered as fee for session not kept. NO EXCEPTIONS 
 
Massage Elegance Health has the right to refuse any service to a client at any time without explanation based on therapist discretion.
